Add products (type a name, price and barcode — or photograph a supplier bill and let AI read it).
Open the Entry counter, scan or search, take payment, print.
Stock deducts automatically; check Inventory for the movement.
Configure GST tax the FBR way
Open Settings → Financial and set your default GST rate (usually 18%).
Mark zero-rated or exempt categories per product.
Every receipt now carries the FBR-format tax breakdown automatically.
Connect a printer or scanner
Plug in any USB barcode scanner — it types into any search field, no setup.
Add an ESC/POS thermal printer in Hardware → pair and print a test page.
Cash drawers open automatically when driven through the printer.
Work offline, sync later
The desktop app keeps selling with no internet. Queued sales upload themselves when you reconnect — nothing is lost and nothing double-counts.
Ask the AI assistant
Open the AI tab and ask in English or Urdu: "best products last month", "what's running low", "who owes me money". Every answer cites its sources. AI drafts purchase orders and price changes — a human always approves.
